Ohio State bulldozes Grambling State 70-0 and improves to 2-0 on the season.
Top-ranked Ohio State opened its season with a statement, smothering then-No. 1 Texas in a defensive slugfest to claim a massive 14-7 win — a victory that will stand among the best in college football this fall. After scheduling such a heavyweight clash to start the year, the Buckeyes have earned themselves a softer landing in Week 2, as FCS foe Grambling State visits the Horseshoe on Saturday.

That said, Ryan Day insists the focus remains inward, on fixing flaws and building momentum. Still, nobody in Columbus is losing sleep over the Tigers. Even Grambling State head coach Mickey Joseph acknowledged the reality earlier this week.
“We understand what we’re getting into,” Joseph said. “We understand what’s gonna happen. We understand there’s not balance in the scholarship, there’s not balance in what they have resources-wise and what we have resources-wise. We all know why we’re playing the game.”
While the result of Saturday's game may feel inevitable, there’s still football to be played along the Olentangy River. Eleven Warriors will have you covered with live updates, key moments, and all the sights and sounds from before, during and after the game in the Ohio State vs. Grambling State Live Hub.
