Ohio Govenor Given Honor of Meeting Ohio State's Football Team

Here's a thing that happened today: Governor John Kasich was given the honor of meeting with Ohio State's championship football team.

It was a festive, bipartisan affair as one might imagine, according to Randy Ludlow of Dispatch.com:

“You really lifted almost the entire state,” Kasich said. “In life, it’s amazing how successful you can be if you’re a member of a team.”

Kasich offered a few fist bumps to players and quizzed them about topics such as the art of kicking field goals and their plans after graduation.

 And if you're lucky enough to reside in Ohio: All of our problems, trifling as they were, are now solved thanks to the miraculous powers of Ohio State's 2014 football team.
