No, it wasn't pretty, but it wasn't a disastrous upset loss.

That's about the most positive takeaway one could have from Ohio State's 67-61 win against Cleveland State on Sunday to improve to 5-0 on the season. Duane Washington Jr. led the Buckeyes with 17 points (5-of-14), CJ Walker added 16 points (5-of-12) and Zed Key recorded his first double-double of his college career with 12 points and 10 rebounds.

Head coach Chris Holtmann, along with Walker and Key, joined the media afterward to discuss the six-point victory.

"We're glad that we get to play, and we're really fortunate to have five games in," Holtmann said. "I feel good about being 5-0, but we've clearly got a long way to go. We're clearly a work in progress. But I'm excited about doing it with this group."
