I logged in today and was reading the Earl Little Jr article and wanted to give some upvotes and also comment on the piece. However, when I tried to upvote, I got a 403  error saying I was blocked and that the action I took (upvoting) triggered a security solution.  It was a popup that gave me this information.  I tried to clear my cookies and even added 11W to my allowable third-party cookies. Still nothing. 

I then decided to try and comment on the article and it took me a splash page saying I was blocked with the following Cloudfare Ray ID:

I currently live in Bali, Indonesia and maybe that has something to do with it but I have been active on this site for years and hope to continue to be active. Please help me with this issue.
