Why Not a "Football 101" or a "Basketball 101" on the Dropdown to Explain the Rules and the Plays?

I've become a Buckeye football fan.

But I don't understand some of the names of different plays or the rules the refs are to rule by.

A "primer" would be a nice addition to the site.
