Ohio State has added to its recruiting staff ahead of official visit season, which begins next weekend.
Following Nick Murphy’s departure for an opportunity outside of college football, the Buckeyes hired former SMU recruiting graduate assistant Kylie Green to fill the role. Lettermen Row’s Mick Walker first reported the news.

Green arrives in Columbus after helping SMU secure a top-25 recruiting class in the 2026 cycle. A former college softball player at the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor, Green is still early in her career as a recruiting staffer, but sources told Walker that Ohio State believes she will mesh well with Zoe Jackson, the assistant director of on-campus recruiting and special events.
With the addition of Green, Mark Pantoni's recruiting department appears set for the summer. Cole Spencer serves as the Buckeyes’ executive director of player personnel, while Parker Wereb is the assistant director of player personnel. Dallas Dudley and Ryan Mayhew both hold assistant roles.
