Little bit of news tonight as 247Sports updated their composite recruiting rankings.
Highlights:
• Buckeyes now have a composite FIVE 5-Star recruits in this class, including Brenton Cox (DE), Taron Vincent (DT), Jaelen Gill (APB), Emory Jones (QB), and Jeremy Ruckert (TE). The next closest team has 2 5-stars. We are also the favorites for Fairfield, Ohio's 5-star OT Jackson Carman, though that recruitment is far from over.
• Of course, it must be mentioned that both Emory Jones and Brenton Cox have been linked to flipping to Alabama and Georgia, respectively. Will take all of Urban's might to keep those two in the class. It won't be easy to hold onto safeties Josh Proctor (OK) and Jaiden Woodbey (CA), either. Both are very close with Greg Schiano, and the smoke around him picking up another gig (despite UT disaster) is giving some negative recruiting opportunities to Oklahoma/USC.
• Perhaps most exciting, RB commit Master Teague was finally - FINALLY - upgraded to a 4 star.
