Derrius Mullins just decommitted from Indiana. Is he OSU bound?

I just saw on twitter that Derrius Mullins decommitted from Indiana today. 247 has updated his page too -- http://247sports.com/Player/Derrius-Mullins-81655

Could he be OSU bound? Is this a sign that Wilson is definitely staying in the South?
