I think any fan of Ohio State has lamented our lack of an elite kicker since Nugent.    We lost a Natty and multiple games because our kicking game could not rise up when needed.    I know kicking is incredibly mental and situations make even really good kickers into average, but here is a kid to check out - Manaki Watanabe. (Ashland University)

He is a redshirt Freshman and he was 21-22 for FG (95.5%) with a long of 59 yards.  

He was 39-40 extra points.
