With yesterday's headline news that Coach Day would be calling plays I would have expected much excitement from most, I was surprised to see that some had angst or were less pleased with this news. We certainly do not always have to agree. I was wondering why there is this discrepancy since many consider him to be a great play caller. Now the offense has taken many shapes over the years for many reasons. Sometimes it has been QB play [McCord], a few times offensive line play, lack of an OC then having an OC and no true consistency, some questionable game plans [2024 The Game], and some unbelievable runs [2024 CFP]. Besides all of this we still have only lost a few games, he has a great track record, and the program arguably has never been in a better position. I sometimes wonder if we are overthinking it or maybe sometime the staff overthinks it. Wanted to hear from everyone. GO BUCKS and Happy Holidays.
