You have to watch this clip at the 7:45 mark (6:50 mark intro)  and tell me that Patricia hasn't already formed an incredible bond with these players that his predecessor didn't establish during his entire tenure. 

KMac is determined to plant the flag and is urgently trying to make his case with an assistant. Patricia walks over to deescalate and K-Mac simply melts in his arms.
