The Big Ten’s TV networks are using one of their six-day windows for the conference’s Nov. 22 games, which means the kickoff time for Ohio State vs. Rutgers won’t be announced until this Saturday night. An Ohio State spokesperson said the game will kick off at either noon, 3:30 p.m. or 4 p.m.
