Welcome back to Friday Night Fights.

This is your chance to prove to yourself, or to others, that you are an expert in predicting Ohio State's football success. FNF keeps the receipts and shows everyone how good your takes were – if you are feeling particularly bold, get in the comments and defend your take.

When we last fought, Ohio State's defense lifted the Buckeyes over Bucky and the Badgers in Madison. Congratulations to Bull1214 for my FNF Take of the Week:

Good on Bull for predicting the run game bounceback. I was starting to lose hope.

Good on Bull for predicting the run game bounceback. I was starting to lose hope.

Here's how FNF works:

  • Vote in the Strawpolls for each question.
  • Comment below with how you think the game will go. Be bold, funny, correct, or a mixture of the three.
  • Check in on Fridays to see if your take gets framed. Then we'll rinse and repeat next Friday.

Here's how you voted last week:

Question 1: Of the three starting QBs that threw the ball to Ohio State receivers in high school, who will have the most passing yards this week and who the least?

If I may add an editorial, Locke looked damn good on Saturday! I think he could be a threat in this league over the next few years.

Question 2: Guess who's back, back again?

I was worrying because I didn't specify whether it was all-purpose yards or not, but Tre got the whole shebang on the ground anyhow.

Question 3: Ohio State's sack count per game: 1, 2, 2, 0, 2, 3, 4.

Look, I knew what I was doing making that interval smaller than all the other ones, okay??

Question 4: Ohio State is currently a 14.5 point favorite, with the over/under set at a modest 45.5.

Definitely a slog. I think we could have covered easily without all the turnovers.

Question 5: Help manifest a weird upset to happen this weekend.

Rock Chalk, baby! I am surprised by how few of you believed in Stanford. It sure seems like it would be easy to take the Tree and just smack the Washington players with it.

Here are this week's questions:

Question 1: Rutgers hasn't allowed a 200-yard passer since September 23rd, when JJ McCarthy threw for 214.

(Vote: https://strawpoll.com/3RnYlKAbAye)

  • Kyle does it with style. 250+ yards.
  • Kyle breaks the Knights' run. 200-250 yards.
  • The streak lives on. 150-200 yards.
  • The streak REALLY lives on. <150 yards.

Question 2: How many carries will RBs who are not named TreVeyon Henderson get?

(Vote: https://strawpoll.com/ajnEOK079ZW)

  • Less than 5
  • 6-10
  • 11-15
  • 16-20
  • More than 20

Question 3: As I'm sure you know, Rutgers and Ohio State have the nation's only two defenses with no 40+ yard plays allowed.

(Vote: https://strawpoll.com/DwyoDezm0nA)

  • Ohio State and Rutgers both get one
  • Ohio State gets one, Rutgers doesn't
  • Rutgers gets one, Ohio State doesn't
  • Neither team gets a 40+ yard play

Question 4: This game's over/under of 42.5 is the lowest for an Ohio State game in god knows how long.

(Vote: https://strawpoll.com/bVg8oq0XbnY)

  • Ohio State hits the over by itself
  • The over hits, with both teams chipping in to reach it
  • The under hits, like it has in all but 1 game this year

Question 5: How many combined passing yards will Michael Penix Jr. and Caleb Williams throw for in this weekend's USC-Washington matchup?

(Vote: https://strawpoll.com/B2ZBEA0KQgJ)

  • Less than 600
  • 600-800
  • 800-1000
  • More than 1000

Happy fighting!
