1. 13-0 Ohio State; Notable Wins: [A] 11-1 Michigan, [H] 10-2 Penn State, [A] 10-2 ND

Explanation: The committee made it pretty clear they value resumes, and Ohio State would have the best one if this plays out. 

2. 13-0 Georgia; Notable Wins: [H] 9-3 Missouri, [H] 10-2 Ole Miss

Explanation: Ohio State would have the far superior resume, and unless Georgia wins these games by 20+ each I expect them to hold Ohio State at 1. 

3. 13-0 Florida State; Notable Wins: [N] 9-3 LSU

Explanation: Their schedule isn't good but the committee will reward them for being undefeated.

4. 12-1 Oregon; Notable Wins: @ 8-4 Utah

Explanation: I am on board with the Oregon will beat Washington in the Pac-12 Championship train, and they are arguably the scariest team in the country right now the way they are playing.

5. 12-1 Texas; The Committee has made it clear they believe Oregon is above Texas.

6. 12-1 Washington; The Committee has shown the win over Oregon isn't highly valued, I don't see them changing that after losing to that same team on a neutral site.

7. 11-1 Michigan; Self-explanatory with the teams above them all playing in their CCG.
