Jordan Hancock earned the start at slot CB vs Wisconsin and boy did he deliver like he has all season long.

Hancock finished with four tackles, a forced fumble, and a pivotal 10-yard sack in the second quarter, eventually leading to a Wisconsin field goal.
He and the rest of the secondary limited the Badgers’ passing attack to just 165 yards with quarterback Braedyn Locke completing just 46.2% of his passes.
Hancock was constantly making plays around the ball. Did have a miscommunication on the TD, but that was more on Ransom.

With Denzel Burke out last week, Hancock was forced to shuffle between slot CB and outside CB, which are really two different positions.
Didn't matter one bit - he was his usual dominant self.

Strong Shaun Wade 2019 vibes - Hancock is starting to get noticed on NFL Draft boards too. Hancock will get drafted this year, but has serious 1st round pick potential in 2025 if he plays more on the outside.

With Lathan Ransom's unfortunate injury, Hancock's slot dominance allows Sonny Styles to slide right into the vacated Bandit Safety role.
Hancock is already one of the best players on the defense, and will continue to play a pivotal role down the stretch!
