11-1 Georgia (Loses to Tennessee) 

12-1 BIG 12 Champion TCU (Drops one to Texas)

12-1 PAC 12 Champion USC (Only loss to Utah)

12-1 ACC Champion Clemson (Loses to ND)

10-2 Utah (Wins over Oregon, USC, Oregon State)

Who'd be in if this were to happen, I find the idea interesting, with Alabama and Ohio State probably the only ones guaranteed a spot in this scenario
