While I believe that many names have been bandied about about who might be next in line up north, one name I haven’t heard that would raise same Columbus eyebrows would be Shiano. Hear me out, because of revenue being down and short season due to Covid, TTUN decides to give their wunderkind coach for one last final excruciating year. (Glorious!) By then Shiano will have completed the necessary two year purgatory in NJ (hopefully beating TTUN twice!) and be in line for a bump. He’s been in Columbus but he’s not really family. Might be the perfect match for them. (And the rivalry?!) And, except for 2018, and the last year of his NFL gig, the dude can coach.   Not saying that after what we saw his team do last Saturday, that I would want to see him prowling the sideline in AA.  Can you see it unfolding this way?
