A number of provisions in this Bill that is extremely interesting. One that jumps out is conference expansion. BIG is basically capped with only one more spot. 19 seems like an odd number. Not saying I want expansion but they should have capped it at an even number. FSU, Clemson and others to potentially looking to move will be limited to the SEC as I can see BIG will always hold that last spot for Notre Dame. Although I would prefer a different school
