I will start off by saying, I think Joe Burrow is going to win the Heisman, BUT say Joe loses to Georgia, and lets say he throws 1 TD & 3 INT's as well. While on the other hand in Indianapolis, OSU takes down #8 Wisc by +20 and Fields has +300 total yards, and 5 TD's (4 passing 1 rushing) and lets say Chase Young had another great Wisc beat down and had 2 strip sacks and throw a TD in there (somehow). Would this be enough for Justin/Chase to bump Burrow out of the Heisman? I know it's a big IF, but say it happened. Keep in mind Justin Fields would have a td/int ratio of 41/1 and he would have 11 rushing scores on the year (52 total TD's accounted for) while Joe would have 48 TD's on the year and 9 INT's (given the scenario above). 

Thoughts everyone? (and remember I said this is a big IF).
