So I fired up the old Google machine for some medical knowledge on timelines to heal a sprained MCL: Grade 1 is about a week to heal Grade 2 is 2-4 weeks Grade 3 is six weeks for a sprain or MCL tear Needless to say I am not a doctor, but if Fields was able to come back in the game on Saturday as quick as he did and scramble to his left and throw a 30 yard dart his sprain is not likely not a grade 3. The playoff is 3 weeks from Saturday so crossing my fingers his sprain does not get worse and he is as close to 100% as possible. The championship is 2 weeks after that so that should give him enough time in between if everything works out.
