I apologize in advance if this was discussed in an article already.
Fellow 11 Warriors, I've stumbled across a factoid that has, to my knowledge, gone overlooked. With a win in the B1G Championship, Ohio State would be an unprecedented 10-0 in conference play. Ever since the first ever conference championship game was established by the SEC in 1992, no team has every gone 10-0 in conference play in any conference in the history of the FBS. To be fair, only the B1G, Big 12, and Pac 12 play nine conference games, plus a conference championship. But hey, SEC and ACC, if you wanted a slice of this history, don't play FCS teams in November.
If there's any other history to be made this Saturday, please let us know. I'm always eager to learn of Buckeye firsts.
