I am almost certain a topic like this has been posted before however I haven't seen one recently. 

What is your favorite venue to buy football tickets to a sold out game?

Scalpers on the street, StubHub, Craigslist, etc.  I've used StubHub a few times.  Any other suggestions?

Definitely going to the PSU game just need tickets . . . . .  Thank you everyone in advance.
