Schedule quirks are overlooked by most people when discussing college football games. But our schedule really set us up favorably against Wisconsin. We play them at home, with an extra day of rest, and having a bye this past week, we should be very fresh going into this game. Alternatively Wisconsin hasnt had a BYE since week 3(same week we played Indiana) while they havent had that tough of a game OSU will be the 6th game in a row for the Badgers who may be a little tired.
The bigger advantage though is certainly Wisconsin in the B1G championship. Ohio State will end the season PSU, @Michigan, then Wisconsin again. That is likely the hardest 3 game stretch of any team in the country. Wisconsin ends the year with Nebraska, Purdue, and Minnesota. Depending on how real Minnesota is that could be a very soft end of the season. Regardless of what happens against Wisconsin next week I expect Wisconsin to do a little better in the championship game.
