Something I've been curious about that I wonder if anyone has any bye week knowledge on:
What is the best start to a college football head coaching career?
I've seen a lot of info on best coaches all time, and even best starts with a new team. But surprisingly I haven't been able to find any info on best starts overall. Day is 9-0 now, and it would just be a pretty cool feather in the cap (and maybe a good 1-liner on the recruiting tail) to say that he's off to the best start of anyone to ever do it.
