Maxpreps did a nice breakdown of the NFL draft to show which state each player was from. https://www.maxpreps.com/news/GOQRctdCGk2rkT9uRGoXgg/state-by-state-selections-from-the-2019-nfl-draft.htm

As you would expect, Florida, Texas and California are the big sources of the talent drafted.... but behind them?  Ohio.  I would have thought some other places like LA, GA, PA, VA etc might be ahead of Ohio, but 14 players from Ohio got drafted in the NFL draft, which places 4th behind TX, CA and FL.  Those three states accounted for roughly 1/3rd of all draft picks, which is mind blowing.

Interestingly, only three of the 14 Ohio guys that went in the draft attended OSU, the rest went elsewhere (like Benny Snell going to Kentucky).
