Grinch Talks About White - Was It a Mistake He Wasn't Playing Sooner?

Really interesting discussion with Grinch here in regards to Brendon White ad his play last week.

When asked if it was a mistake that he wasn't playing more prior to Saturday, here's Grinch's initial response:

From the rest of the article, it sounds like White just hadn't shown up in the right ways in practice or special teams yet, according to Grinch.
