Rick Spielman, brother of Buckeye great Chris Spielman, nabbed DE Jalyn Holmes with the 102nd pick of the draft. Holmes joins Darrion Scott (2004) as the only Ohio State players selected by the Vikings as defensive ends.
Minnesota has now drafted Buckeyes in back-to-back drafts. Last years C Pat Elfein was picked in the third round as the 70th overall pick.
