Ohio State did not provide comment to Hass-Hill on the injury.
Booker played regularly in Ohio State's first nine games of the 2017 season, starting at the strongside linebacker position, but did not play in the Buckeyes' final five games after missing time due to injury, even though Ohio State coach Urban Meyer said he was cleared to play before the Big Ten Championship Game.
Going into his fifth and final year of eligibility with the Buckeyes, Booker is expected – should he be healthy – to compete this spring with Malik Harrison for the starting strongside linebacker job.
