Lately there’s been a number of commentators on here who think prospects should always honor the commitment some make when they are 16 or 17 and not have the chance to change their mind. Someone who is from Ohio who is a top prospect should go to OSU because they’re from Ohio even if they don’t want to. Or the worst case scenario a player has a family issue and wants to transfer close to home to be with them. Recruits and Players are PEOPLE they have a right to change their minds and do what they view is best for themselves. Just like all of us make those decisions in our own lives; let’s not forget players and recruits are people to and should be treated how you or your family would like to be treated.
