It’s odd we find ourselves in this same position 4 years later. Everyone doubting the Buckeyes (even some of our own fans) and I couldn’t help but remember a similar team where no one thought they could contend on a national level and stood no chance against those other powerhouse teams. Everyone kept saying how Ohio St got dominated by a bad Virginia Tech team and that loss would keep them out of the CFP. Ohio St only really showed their full potential against Michigan State that season (seems familiar). Then things got worse when JT Barrett went down against Michigan and even more hope was lost. 

Then emerged a hero wearing the number 12. I rewatched his highlights against Wisconsin and Bama and man was he special. We all know how that season ended. Here’s to hoping these similarities continue to this season and we get some of that 12Guage luck come out tonight and start another historical run to the national championship. Go Bucks!!!
