In 2016 the B1G made the change to a 9 game conference schedule. Part of that scheduling change included 4-year rotating cross division match ups. Nebraska was chosen as our first four year cross division opponent, but it appears the B1G has chosen to keep these locked cross division opponents intact for the foreseeable future as 2020 & 2021 schedules still include these games.

I'm all for playing Nebraska, but I'd also like to play teams like Wisconsin, Iowa, Minnesota, etc. a little more often given that we are already stuck with Rutgers and Maryland every year. Also, Wisconsin being paired with ttun all but guarantees them a spot in Indy every year.
