Watching his highlights in highschool I for one thought EGW would be playing on offense for OSU, but he has been a DB since being on the team. According to this article from the landoften.com Gover-Williams was used in bowl practice to emulate Clemson QB Deshaun Watson, and according to teammates(Chris Worley to be specific) he was quite impressive. 

I know quite a few fans have wondered why he hasnt gotten a chance to play offense(or return punts), and maybe these bowl practices suggest that the coaches have planned on using him there at some point. Also, the second article I posted below highlights how he was used previously to emulate Tommy Armstrong, as well as Watson.

Thought these articles were interesting and that a few fans would enjoy reading them so I figured Id post them. Its good to know that at the very least the coaches see EGWs talent on offense and are using it to help the team.
