If Urban cannot find a suitable co-DC, I don't think this is a bad contingency plan. Brings back one of OSU's all-time greats to hopefully coach up a very talented group of DBs.

Hopefully Fickell can handle the added duties of the secondary, and maybe Chris Ash imparted some of his Cover-4 knowledge to him.

Or... Hire Winfield and promote Larry Johnson Sr. or Kerry Coombs to co-DC?
