Instead of calling for coaches to be fired, I thought I'd start a thread around constructive changes that could be made.

Here's my suggestions:

-- Hire a new OL coach (heir apparent) that would be mentored by Warriner.  This helps us if Warriner decides to take a HC job.
-- Move Warriner to the booth.  This will free him up to focus mostly on play calling
-- Have Tim Beck focus mostly on QB development, as our talent at QB is fairly undeveloped behind JT Barrett.  This wouldn't be a demotion for Beck -- just addressing a clear area of need.  He could still assist in the booth.
