I am concerned about Mariota's running ability on designed runs and when plays breakdown.  Just watching video, it appears he is very explosive running the ball, and I'm a little nervous for him to get some big runs.  I was wondering if we need to put a spy on him, say for instance Darron Lee. Or would this be a waste of a player? What do you guys think? Does his running ability warrant a spy? Or is it just a matter of staying in your gaps, and for our D-Lineman to set the edge, be disciplined, and not get beat to the outside?
