Since the prospect of Tom Herman heading to Houston seems to be heating up, I was wondering who might be some realistic options to step in as a new offensive coordinator?  I'll admit that I had never heard of Tom Herman before Urban hired him and I also don't know exactly which programs run offensive schemes similar enough to ours for Urban to give them a look.  I'll provide a few names I think might be fits but I'm interested to hear what everyone else thinks:
