Stumbled across this statistic on BR. Thad Matta is one of 3 active coaches under 50 years old to make multiple Elite 8 trips. Matta has made 4, 3 with the Buckeyes and one with Xavier and two of them were in the last 4 years. I guess he is not as bad a coach as some people think.
