Interesting WaPo opinion piece that retiring NCAA Commissioner Mark Emmert should be replaced by 3 commissioners, who would cover (1) Football, (2) Men's Basketball, (3) non revenue sports.  https://www.washingtonpost.com/sports/2022/04/29/ncaa-future-mark-emmert/  Each should have their own rule book, less than 10 pages instead of current 195.  Commissioners should have actual authority, recommends Bill Hancock CFP director for football.  For men's basketball, suggest Coach K, Jay Wright, or Dan Gavitt current tournament director.  Those seemed plausible.  I thought his suggestion for non revenue commissioner of two current woman basketball coaches (Geno or Tara VanDerveer) was a stretch, I don't see why they would quit for a new job. Otherwise I thought he had some good points.
