I can't figure out if Herman's going to ultimately be successful, or if he's an absolute bust.  I feel like he's on a tight leash, has not really taken Texas to where they want to go (and doesn't look like he while for the foreseeable future).  I think he was an excellent coordinator, but the more that comes out about him, I just don't see him as a top-tier big program coach.  Who does this???
