Chris Ash is out at Rutgers. What coach would you hire for Rutgers? It has to be somebody who would reasonably take the job. For example I don't imagine Luke Fickell would even consider taking the job. I think a lot of coaches would view it as career killer. Ash was a great DC and didn't seem like an incompetent head coach but I doubt he ever gets a head coaching job again. 

I think Schiano would be an ok option if he would take the job. I would avoid the triple option because Rutgers really does have potential with the recruits that come out of NJ. Tough spot for the Ol Scarlet Knights.
