I was watching ESPN yesterday evening watching 4 guys argue and comment over eachothers thoughts on who their playoff four would be. Read peoples comments on facebook, and watch every espn with the discussion about ohio state. Deserving to be in or not every chance i get. Heres my thoughts on it......

each power five conference gets their champ into the playoffs & 3 "wild card" spots.

example: sec champ, pac 12 champ, big12 champ, big ten champ, acc champ. 

Then the next best 3 (non conf champs of power5, independents, non power 5 conf champs). Ohio State, Michigan would fall in this category this year. Or USC, loser of Colorado/Washington game, loser of Wisky/PSU game could all fall into this category.

i feel like picking 3 "wild card" teams over the top 4 teams is easier because the fact that each power five conference champ would put into the playoff, i just think it would eliminate the crazyness and make an easier choice.
