So I saw this topic being talked about on R&K and was wondering what everyone thought. So with the bama thing happening and Baylor, along with everything else that is going on around the NCAA, would it be a good idea to have an unbiased overall commissioner? He'd be in charge of making decisions on things, especially when teams and the NCAA doesn't do anything or gets it wrong. (Which is about 99% of the time). I think it's a good idea, what does everyone else think?
