Take a couple of young, talented guys with ties to Ohio State and TTUN. Give them head coaching jobs at new B10 member universities. Make sure both programs have lots of recruits nearby and commitments to improving the state of the football programs.  Lastly, put them in the B10 East which already has OSU, MSU, UM, and PSU.  What happens?
