When did kneeling for injuries at high school games become a God-ordained practice? My lord, I was at our HS game last night and every time a player went down; whether with a cramp, after a hard hit, needing a breather, to tie a shoe, or in some cases a more serious injury,; several frantic parents in the stands started yelling at the players to TAKE A KNEE, TAKE A KNEE! It was actually comical! In most cases, the player was back up and walking around before the team actually hit the knee. What the heck is it with this obsession?
