I tried Google Maps offline today. I had downloaded the map of my area and everything. It was of no use. Stop giving my directions and caused me to overshoot my destination.

What apps have you used successfully offline to navigate? I'm focused more on driving than hiking. And, if anyone's wondering, I would like something that works well in foreign countries too.

I have a Samsung Galaxy Note 9.
