Finally made the dive and purchased a traeger. Splurged a bit and got the ironwood 650. I've cooked with charcoal my whole life on a Weber. So this is my first adventure into what a traeger can offer.
I know we've had several threads about grilling/smoking/ribs recipes etc before, but I was hoping to get some traeger specific tips but also any recipes/rubs yall have used that are killer. Definitely looking at making some brisket, ribs, but also have a prime rib roast that I'd love to see how the traeger cooks up.
Even if you dont have a traeger but have a great recipe for smoking feel free to share I'd love to hear it!
