Last night Adam Sander hosted Saturday Night Live. At the end of the show, he had a very moving tribute to the late, great, Chris Farley. He referred to Farley as the funniest man he knew.
In that spirit, if you could select anyone at all from the nearly 45 year history of SNL to start a cast, who would you pick? (Just considering that person's time on SNL, not what they did post-SNL). I have always loved Dana Carvey, so he would be my first choice, followed closely by another legend lost too early, Phil Hartman. (Btw, Farley and Hartman were together alone on stage for their last time ever as cast members of SNL and they had some duet to close out the show and season). Sadly ironic they both left us under tragic circumstances.
So who are you taking with the first overall SNL pick...you are on the clock!
