I am looking at developing a "pop up mall" from shipping containers. It's a very industrial, typical rust belt city and I feel keeping the containers as unmodified as possible will be the most cost effective option but still be neat and attractive.
The area is very warm and humid in the summer and I am worried about the containers getting too hot during the day and condensating at night. I would prefer not to use Ac.
What I am looking at is using the containers as is, with the doors as the shop openings during the day, and tenants lock them up at night.
What do you think?
