Just curious if anyone here has been a manager and became aware of DV and either did or did not report it within their company.
I have hourly folks that report to me inside of a large company. If one of them was arrested over the weekend, but made it to work on Monday, I'd never know. Even if I had heard rumors, I don't know that I would tell -my- boss about it.
Of course, a quarter of the employees at my factory are in and out of trouble with the law. So a lot different than a multimillion dollar CEO and a media frenzy.
But I'm curious: have you ever been in a similar position? Did you report? Were they fired? Would you even be considered for firing if you didn't?
