Hey what's up? Typing this up in between conferences with my students, so forgive me if it's a little choppy.
Up first we have one of my favorite classic metal songs, one that was an absolute hoot to play in Guitar Hero III. This is possibly the best Ozzy Osbourne solo hit after Crazy Train, one that features brilliant guitar work from Jake E. Lee, particularly in the closing solo. This is "Bark at the Moon."
Next we have a cool, quiet track from The Shins, one that I always turn to when I need to relax and readjust myself. This is "Caring is Creepy."
I'm not a huge fan of Boston the band, but god damn if this track (dual track, technically, as it's a combo of the instrumental "Foreplay" with the track "Long Time") isn't an absolute hit.
And how about we finish off with some classic Credence Clearwater Revival? I think that's a good idea, how about you? Here's "Have You Ever Seen the Rain?"
